We have been using Spectrum A/C & Refrigeration for about 3 years and are absolutely love them. We have a yearly service contract with them and have never had a problem. We don’t have any problem getting a date for service either and the contract amount is reasonable. We request Jesse as our service tech as he is very knowledgeable and very friendly and removes his shoes when he enters our home. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Read Less

The technician Ben came to our house and repaired our air conditioner. He was professional polite, thorough, and took his time explaining everything that he was going to do to get our air conditioner back to working. Just started a service contract with Spectrum at my new home. MJ did a fantastic job servicing my unit and was beyond polite and professional. The unit had not been serviced in about a year so he really went above and beyond checking everything.
