I made a call to Spectrum Air for a clients property where the air conditioner stopped running. Shannon answered the phone and was extremely helpful and friendly. She made scheduling a breeze. Conrad was the technician that showed up. He was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to speak to the client about her options. He is knowledgeable and honest…it was such a relief to encounter someone who not only cares about their job, but also about the customer. We had Jorge and Conrad come to our house two times. The first time was to find the problem and the second was when the part came in. Both of them were very professional. They made sure to explain everything they were doing, even if we didn’t ask. They made sure we were happy before they left both times and even made sure everything was cleaned up. We have had several different AC companies come to our house before, but now we know who to call. We will absolutely be asking for Jorge and/or Conrad to come fix any other AC problems we may have.
