I simply cannot thank Matt, Shannon & Josh enough. The dispatcher, Shannon, was so helpful and caring during a very hot situation! We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning, which caused the temp to be 86 degrees in the house. Even with it being a weekend, Spectrum Air was on it! They were prompt, reliable and so incredibly helpful! It’s very obvious Matt and his team care about their customers! With Shannon’s kindness & excellent communication, and Matt’s compassion & dedication to his customers , they were both so empathetic about our situation at hand. Josh was out here in no time, assessed the situation and got it all fixed up in no time!!! Before I knew it, our home was finally cooling off and my kiddos were so happy! Yesterday, my AC went out and my house ended up getting to be 90° inside. It was horrible! After calling Spectrum A/C, they were at my house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem within five. The AC was back up and running in no time! By far the best HVAC company that I have ever dealt wirh. I would highly recommend them. Read Less

How lucky we were to be assigned to Frantz today for our emergency call. Very thorough, super communicative and fixed things in a jiffy. Signed up for maintenance plan because of his explanation.
