I simply cannot thank Matt, Shannon & Josh enough. The dispatcher, Shannon, was so helpful and caring during a very hot situation! We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning, which caused the temp to be 86 degrees in the house. Even with it being a weekend, Spectrum Air was on it! They were prompt, reliable and so incredibly helpful! It’s very obvious Matt and his team care about their customers! With Shannon’s kindness & excellent communication, and Matt’s compassion & dedication to his customers , they were both so empathetic about our situation at hand. Josh was out here in no time, assessed the situation and got it all fixed up in no time!!! Before I knew it, our home was finally cooling off and my kiddos were so happy! We really appreciate the service on our two air conditioners by Josh. He was courteous, respectful, careful, professional, willing to explain what he was observing/diagnosing and how he planned to repair and clean/unclog. He gave good advice on how we should handle the air filters, also. Josh is a very smart professional technician, and we appreciate his work to get our 2 ACs working! Read Less
