I have a relative that was out of town when is air conditioning stopped working. I told him I could meet the spectrum technician for him. Jorge was a technician that I met at the house. He diagnosed the problem and said it was the condensate line backing up, causing the system not to work. He completed the repair and got the unit working quickly. He also said it was time for the maintenance service visit and also did that. He was very knowledgeable and HONEST. Because of having the maintenance service plan there was no charge. Read Less

Spectrum is there when I need them. My a/c system is the oldest they service. It’s been going now for over twenty years. Recently, when it was only pushing out hot air, they came right away and fixed it without trying to sell a new unit. All of their employees are always polite and friendly. They’re great. Read Less

We have been using Spectrum A/C & Refrigeration for about 3 years and are absolutely love them. We have a yearly service contract with them and have never had a problem. We don’t have any problem getting a date for service either and the contract amount is reasonable. We request Jesse as our service tech as he is very knowledgeable and very friendly and removes his shoes when he enters our home. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Read Less
