He was courteous, respectful, careful, professional, willing to explain what he was observing/diagnosing and how he planned to repair and clean/unclog. He diagnosed ... Read MoreI have a relative that was out of town when is air conditioning stopped working. I told him I could meet the spectrum technician for him. Jorge was a technician that I met at the house. He diagnosed the problem and said it was the condensate line backing up, causing the system not to work. He completed the repair and got the unit working quickly. He also said it was time for the maintenance service visit and also did that. He was very knowledgeable and HONEST. Because of having the maintenance service plan there was no charge. Read Less
